To start your student’s enrollment process, please click on the button that says “Start Here.” This will take you to the district’s website to begin registration. After completing the registration, click “Step Two” to notify Debbie Messer or Donna Noel that you have completed registration.

Essential Items Needed for Enrollment
Proof of Guardianship - The student must reside in the natural parent's home, or you must provide legal guardianship documentation from the Family Court. If you need legal documentation, you must obtain educational rights from an Attorney or Family Court. Please contact Mr. Rhea Faris (District Hearing Officer) at (803) 432-8416 with questions regarding guardianship.
Proof of Residence in the name of the parent/guardian. The following items will only be accepted: Electric Bill, Water Bill, Gas Bill, Property Tax Bill, Rental Agreement, or Contract for Home Purchase. If you reside with someone in the LE attendance area and cannot provide proof of residence in your name, you must be admitted through the District office. Please get in touch with Mr. Rhea Faris (District Hearing Officer) at (803) 432-8416 for an admittance appointment. You will also need a notarized statement and proof of residence from the person with whom you reside.
