President
The primary function of the President is to as the liaison between parents and the administration. Coordinate the work of the officers and committees of the organization in order that objectives may be promoted. Preside over the monthly meetings.
Vice President
The primary function of the Vice President is to assist the PTO president in meeting planning and assisting all other committees with their efforts. PTO VP steps in when PTO President can not be present at events.
Secretary
The primary function of the secretary is to record the minutes of PTO meetings. Handles all social media communication as needed. Coordinates with Mrs. Baccomo to put up relevant announcements on the marquee and weekly newsletter.
Treasurer
The primary function of the treasurer is to record all expenses and income of the PTO. Keep an up-to-date financial spreadsheet. Present monthly financial updates at the PTO meeting. Work with the PTO President and Tax filer yearly to file taxes.
Fundraising Coordinator
The primary function of the fundraising coordinator is to communicate with fundraising companies to determine if their offerings are a good fit for the school. Once a fundraiser is determined to fit, this information is communicated to Mrs. Shackleford and the PTO board for approval. The coordinator will run all aspects of the fundraiser. This does not have to be done solely by the coordinator. The coordinator has the leeway to get volunteers to help in their efforts. Any and all volunteers must be level 2 BIB certified.
