Gymnastics

AIMS & OBJECTIVES

Artistic Gymnastics develops the gymnast’s balance, flexibility, strength and coordination. The skills are learned through progression, helping the gymnast to hone their skills and gain confidence. Gymnasts are required to practise each routine to artistic perfection, leading to development of self-discipline and resilience. In addition, it also provides opportunity for gymnasts to socialise and bond with one another.
