自白計畫林康 x 林高

Purpose 計畫目的

林口康橋學生發展諮輔中心(SDCC)與學生們共同設計這project的初衷是為了國、高中學生去關注自身心理狀況。透過提供一個安全且支持性的環境，鼓勵學生分享煩惱去產生共鳴，減少孤單感，並促使他們願意表達內心想法。樹本身象徵的是一個去探索關心自我的機會，樹葉象徵的是大家願意分享關注自身的動力。觀賞者可透過觀看，了解他人的想法，藉此產生同理及共鳴，進而建立起無形的支持及對心理健康的倡議。

我們於2024 12月前往林口高中，繼續將我們的想法繼續透過這計畫延續下去...

KCISLK Student Development Counseling Center leads high school students to design Confession Project for middle and high schoolers to gain awareness of their mental conditions. By providing a safe and welcoming environment, we encourage student to share their troubles, which creates a bond of trust, reduces loneliness, and encourages them to be willing to express their inner thoughts. Our symbol, the tree is a sign of a chance to discover self, and its leaves expressing everyone’s troubles being shared and understood, which helps create empathy and resonance.

In December 2024, we began to move this program towards Linkou High School, in hopes of continuing our ideas through this project...

2024-2025第二學期，希望擴大我們的影響力，邀請林口高中與我們合作。在2024/12/23-24 兩天時間，我們團隊前往林口高中與高一、高二學生分享我們的成果，也邀請他們一起參與。林口高中學生反應熱烈，於兩天內給予我們200筆回饋。接下來我們預計在林口高中放置一棵樹，持續鼓勵大家重視自我心理健康。The Tree is currently is process...

During the 2024~2025 second semester, we’ve begun to expand our influence to Linkou High School. Within two days time( 2024/12/23-24), our committee has reached Linkou High School’s junior an sophomores, sharing our current progress and inviting them to join our mission. Linkou High School has shown great support, giving us 200 responses in just 2 days! We plan to set a tree in Linkou High School to remind students to prioritize their mental health.
