Registration Deadlines and Country Assignments

Delegates who have registered and turned in the permission form before the country allocation date (see calendar) will receive their country assignment as scheduled. Delegates who register but turn in the permission form after the country allocation date will receive country assignments on a rolling basis as permission forms are received and reviewed.

General Information Sessions

All the delegates are encouraged to attend. These sessions provide important reminders about the conference. 

Training Sessions (see calendar)

Training sessions are usually offered only during the Practice Conference in November. These sessions may be conducted in-person, online in the form of training videos, or an online google meeting. More information regarding the training will be announced during the general information session.
