Now that you know how to write an essay it is your turn to choose a topic and write an essay on it! This is another big project and should take you the rest of the year to finish. The instructions are all listed below. There are steps to follow, so please follow them.

First, you need to do research for your topic. Take notes in your writing Notebook. As your research think about the 3 topics your body paragraphs are going to be about. Then you can research the specific topics.

You don't have any more hamburger sheets, but I want you to plan your paragraphs out like you did on them. You can use your writing book to plan out your paragraphs. Remember you should have five paragraphs.

Once you have planned out your paragraphs, you should type up a rough copy on Google Docs. Remember to check over your work and make sure you are using paragraphs.

Once you have typed up your rough copy, your next step is to edit. The first person who should edit your essay is you! Read over your own work and check for mistakes.

Once you have fixed up your rough copy share it with me, and I will mark your final good copy! Look at the instructions page to see how you are going to be marked, and make sure you have included everything you need.
