Johann Van Muzz's Old World Map

The whole Old World...

From the northern badlands in the North, down to all of Tilea and from Estalia to the  World's edge mountains, Johann Van Muzz has travelled it all.

...in tiny detail...

Johann Van Muzz was a meticulous explorer,  noting every single village and river he came across. And while nobody can see it all, rest assured that he saw a lot!

...with original content...

Original content was inserted to create a consistent feel of homogeneity across less-developed areas, and is easily identifiable.

...and period decoration.

Graf Boris Todbringer, the generous sponsor of this map, deserved nothing less than the best: the map comes with borders and hand-drawn decorations.

Johann Van Muzz's map is a complete redraw of the Old World as depicted  by Jesse "Gitzman" Burke  (and of course Alfred Nunez, Jr.), with large parts taken from work by Emile Beguin and Federico da Remas, plus several other sources, augmented with original input, as documented  in the FAQ page

While I wanted to represent the same exact same Old World we all know and love, not a single pixel from any of the sources was used. More about the meaning of "complete redraw" in the FAQ.

Best seen on desktop - please allow the time for the map to load while zooming in, or you will see a blurry copy of it.

The boring stuff - but please read!
