The Assam Kaziranga University is a multidisciplinary institution spread across a 50-acre nature-enriched campus in Assam. Established under the Assam Private Universities Act, 2007, the university is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by AICTE. About the Department

The Department of Mathematics under the School of Basic & Applied Sciences was established in 2012 as one of the pioneering departments of the university. The department focuses on providing strong foundations in mathematics and its applications through quality teaching, research, and interdisciplinary learning. It aims to develop skilled professionals and researchers capable of solving real-world problems in academia, industry, and emerging technological fields. The department also encourages innovation, analytical thinking, and collaborative research in both pure and applied mathematics. 

About the Conference

The International Conference on Innovative Research in Science, Engineering and Social Sciences (ICIR 2026), organized by the Department of Mathematics at The Assam Kaziranga University, aims to provide a global platform for researchers, academicians, scientists, industry experts, and students to exchange innovative ideas and recent developments in multidisciplinary areas of science, engineering, management, and social sciences.
