Established in 2018, IOITI began as a service provider for its parent company InterAsia Outsource, Inc., responsible for the foreign language training of its overseas-bound workers such as engineers and technical interns. Soon after, it expanded its course offerings to include private clients and regular students, launching its own TESDA-accredited 320-hour Japanese Language and Culture course, which can also be conducted in Full-Online Learning.
