Report Your Student Absent

Parents, please remember absences must be reported on a daily basis! Using the online Report an Absence link is the easiest way to report an absence on the day of! Save the link as a favorite as you may use it more than once. Dr. notes for absences and/or partial day healthcare appointments may be submitted upon your child's return. While you are welcome to inform your child's teacher of an absence, teachers cannot excuse absences. Please use the link to report the absence.

Parent Library Book Notifications

Parents/guardians of secondary students may be notified via email if their child checks out a Young Adult Fiction book from the campus library. This optional notification is available if a parent elected to receive the library notification when filling out the online Return to School Enrollment update in August.  If a parent did not elect to receive the library notification, parents/guardians may contact InstructionalResourceC​oncern​@KatyISD.org to make a change and request the notification. Parents/guardians of elementary and secondary students may also download the Katy on the Go app to review the library books that their student has checked out.   

Students IDs and Lanyards

All TWE students are required to wear their ID while at school. If your student needs a replacement ID, lanyard, or clear ID protector, we have made the reordering process even easier! Items can be ordered using Katy ISD’s Pay N Go app. No account is necessary to purchase! Click on the link and choose the item(s) on the left side of the screen that are needed. Items will be delivered to students after payment is made. Cash will no longer be accepted for these items.
