Marcos Vallejo is in his 3rd year at Taylor High School as Head Athletic Trainer. Mr. Vallejo previously served as Assistant Athletic Trainer at Killeen High School from 2018-2022. Prior to his time in the Houston area, Vallejo served as a Contract AT for Baylor Scott & White in Austin, TX. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences and obtained his Master's degree in Athletic Training from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. He is a proud Red Raider and a native of Llano, Texas. Mr. Vallejo is committed to his partner, Brody Cecil, and share two cats and two dogs (Callie, Jean Grey, Blaze, and Bo). He enjoys traveling, time with friends, and adventures with his pets.

Daniel Fletcher, 35 years old, is starting his 13th year as an athletic trainer since becoming certified in 2012. This is his eleventh year in the high school environment with it being his second year at James E Taylor High School. Prior to coming to Taylor High School, he was originally in Kansas City, Kansas at Shawnee Mission Northwest High School for nine years with The University of Kansas Health System. Coach Fletcher graduated from Washburn University in 2012 in Topeka, Kansas. He was a track thrower in college for two years and transitioned to Washburn University to pursue a career in Athletic Training from 2009-2012. Prior to his time in college, Coach Fletcher was heavily involved at his high school as a multi-sport athlete in football, basketball, track, baseball, and FCA. Coach Fletcher and his fiancée Meaghan Holmes both reside from Kansas Jayhawks, traveling, hiking, and rock climbing. Coach Fletcher also trains for triathlons and welcomes to compete in his first half ironman here in Texas.
Latashia Hairston currently serves as the Memorial Hermann Outreach Athletic trainer for the past 5 years. Many athletes and coaches know her as “Coach T.” She graduated from University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, minor in Health, and obtained her Masters in Athletic Training. During her time at UH, she interned with several sports including football, baseball, track and field, and Women’s basketball. Alongside UH athletics, she worked beside Rice Athletics, Men’s basketball and Women’s soccer/ tennis. In her spare time, she loves to workout, attend sporting/music events, spend quality time with family and friends, and remains active in her church life.
