All Checklist are due by  September 2, 2026.  To avoid issues, please submit early.

Parents of students in grade 5 (School year 2026-2027) can have their child tested for GT Intervention starting in  6th grade. To request GT screening, parents must electronically submit the Secondary Parent Checklist by the published deadline in early September for students in grade 5.
