for students entering grades 7-9 for 2024-2025
Registration for camp is now closed.
We are offering two separate weeks of orchestra camp this year. Students can choose to sign up for June 3 through June 6 at Paetow High School OR June 10 through June 13 at Jordan High School.

Camp Information (updated 5/21/24)
Camp Dates:
Monday, June 3rd - Thursday, June 6th
Camp Times:
9:00 AM - 2:00 PM Daily
Drop off time:
8:40am - 9:00am (no earlier)
drop off later than 9:00 AM may result in dismissal from the camp (no refunds)
Pick up time:
2:05 - 2:20 PM (no later)
pick up later than 2:30 may result in dismissal from the camp (no refunds)
What to bring:
Students are responsible for bringing
instrument
tuner
wire music stand
violins/violins- shoulder rest
cellos/basses - roc stop
basses - stool if you use one
Student Schedules & Concert Music:
Students will receive a folder with the following during Monday morning registration:
daily schedule
concert music
technique packet
stand tag with student's name
Orchestra Placements:
There are three orchestras at camp. Students have been placed based off the recommendation of their campus orchestra directors. Placements are final.
Lunch:
Students are responsible for providing their own lunch each day.
Camp T-Shirts:
Shirts will be distributed Wednesday, June 5th (during lunch) for students to wear for the concert on Thursday, June 6th.
Concert:
When: Thursday, June 6th, 1:00-2:00 PM
Where: Paetow High School Performing Arts Center
What to wear: 2024 Orchestra Camp Shirt, blue jeans, closed toed shoes
