I am a dedicated professional who holds a business degree from the University of the West of England, NEBOSH health & safety qualifications and has completed my level 3 lettings management certificates.

 For the past 10 years, I have worked for a local business which has allowed me to gain a wealth of experience in HR management and customer service.  During the maternity leave of my second child, I decided to look for a new career path.

 Having been a Landlord myself for over a decade, I  understand first-hand the stresses that can arise from property investments. This experience coupled with my health and safety background, and the fact I enjoy the people aspect of the lettings industry; Katie Hill Property Management was born in 2022.

My business is just myself, and purely property management (no sales). It is for this reason that I can offer a personalised service to each landlord I represent. Getting to know, and understand each client's preferences regarding how they like to run their rental investments.
