Retail mortgage companies do not have access to shop the rates at all of the lenders we have access to.  Each lender has similar guidelines but one may have more flexibility.   I want to be your last look if you are shopping to save your loan or save you $$$  

VA: If you have full entitlement, you don’t have a loan limit.  Utilizing your VA benefit is the best way to finance a large loan amount if you are entitled!
