Both annual membership and conference registration fees may be paid for through a purchase order. The process is as follows:
Follow your district procedures for requesting a purchase order.
Once you have the completed and signed purchase order, email it to treasurer@kapsonline.org and indicate what the purchase order is for (e.g., "Purchase Order for annual membership")
Once we receive the purchase order, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided. If no specific email is provided, we will send the invoice to the email that sent the purchase order.
Once you receive the invoice, ensure your finance department also receives a copy to pay the invoice.
Payment can be made through check, credit card, PayPal, or Venmo. If sending a check, please ensure the correct address is utilized: PO BOX 22864, Lexington, KY 40522
If your finance department requires our current W9, it can be found here: KAPS W9
Purchase Order FAQ:
Multiple individuals may be listed on a purchase order. For example, if several employees from the same district are planning to attend the fall conference, all registrations can be listed on the same purchase order.
When completing the registration form be sure to provide the email to which you'd like the invoice sent.
Once we receive the completed PO, we will send an invoice to collect payment.
Payment options for all transactions include: check, credit card (through Stripe), PayPal, and Venmo.
