Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity, Inc. is the oldest and largest professional pharmacy fraternity in the country, founded on May 30, 1879.

The Epsilon Rho Chapter, located at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy in Rockford, IL, was founded on January 28, 2012.
Our first pledge class, initiated on January 28, 2012, consisted of Brothers Elizabeth M. Berthel, Brenton Bialik, Chi Hye (Janet) Kim, Sylwia Kulik, Kevin Y. Lee, Lori D. McGuire, Theresa L. Terpstra, Tuan D. Vu, and Damian Wolak.
Epsilon Rho is a part of the Mid-America Province, which includes:
