You can take the final exam with Kaplan twice with in 6 months of starting the course.

All applicants must submit a $35.00 fee to apply for a real estate license, payable to the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission at the time of application submission.
All applicants must also have a background check processed through IdentoGO, which includes a $60.00 processing fee directly payable to IdentoGO.
Exam fees are payable directly to Pearson VUE and are due before scheduling. They are also due for each examination attempt.

Most applicants submit a copy of their US birth certificate or a copy of their valid US Passport as proof of citizenship.

Upon receipt of an online application and the required background check applicants will be processed within five business days. Paper applications will be handled secondary to online applications and may require more time for processing.

Once your application has been submitted, you will have one year to pass your exam. If you have not passed both sides of the exam in one year, you will need to submit a new application.

Within 48 hours after application approval, the candidate will receive an e-mail from the examination vendor, Pearson VUE. The e-mail confirmation will provide access to schedule the exam online and will provide the applicant with their candidate ID number.
