Tanya Tilton, a seasoned Realtor-Broker, Instructor, and Business Coach with 23+ years of experience. Specializing in real estate pre-licensing, new agent coaching, and buyer/seller consulting, she excels in cultivating success for practitioners in a competitive market. 

With a robust background in real estate sales, property management, and legal compliance, Tanya is a respected leader who transitioned from Senior Portfolio Manager for Atlanta Housing Authority to Managing Broker for a top firm. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch a beauty salon while deepening her involvement in broker management and business coaching. 

Throughout her career, she has partnered with real estate organizations, recruiting, managing, and mentoring numerous agents and brokers. Tanya is dedicated to empowering students with insightful knowledge, raising industry standards, and maintaining a positive, engaging teaching approach. Today, she stands as a dynamic innovator in the real estate landscape. 

Tanya holds a BA in English/Spanish from the University of Alabama, is REO Default Certified (RDCPro), is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (C.D.P.E.), is a Certified Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR), and a Realtor®.
