Here is some information to help you successfully complete your course. Please read carefully.
Attendance: State regulations require that you complete all required hours and engage in all associated learning activities, quizzes, and the final exam for the course before proceeding to take the State licensing exam. Please see the course completion instructions in your Learning Management System (LMS) for the specifics of your state's enforced seat time tracking.
Getting Started: Read this course syllabus as it will be your most valuable reference tool. Access your Online Video course via the Learning Management System (LMS). Here, you'll find all course materials, including readings and videos, quizzes, and final exams. Additionally, you'll discover links to Live LEARN sessions, Career Mentor Connect, QBanks, Live Exam Prep sessions, and the Community Forum.

Follow these steps as you work through your online video course.
Log in to the Learning Management System (LMS): Access the online video course by logging in to the LMS. Most states typically have a National (Modern Real Estate Practice) and a State section you will be tested on.
Navigate to Course Materials: Once logged in, locate the course materials section within the LMS. This is where you'll find all the resources needed for the course, including video lectures, readings, assignments, and supplementary materials.
Review the Course Completion Instructions: Familiarize yourself with the course completion instructions to understand the course requirements.
Begin Your Regulated Online Course: Begin by reading the content and watching the video lectures provided in the course. Pay close attention to the content presented and take notes as needed. In addition, explore any supplementary materials provided, such as readings, case studies, or interactive exercises. These resources can deepen your understanding of the subject matter.
Participate in Discussions (if applicable): Some online courses include discussion forums where students can interact with peers and instructors. Take advantage of these opportunities to ask questions, share insights, and engage in meaningful discussions.
Complete Quizzes & Exams: Throughout the course, you'll have quizzes and exams to complete. Make sure to review the questions carefully, sometimes one word can change your answer. Some states require proctored exams. Please refer to your course completion instructions to determine if this is needed for your exams.
Pace Yourself: Working through an online course can be demanding, so remember to take regular breaks to rest and recharge. Pace yourself to avoid burnout and maintain a healthy balance between studying and other activities. We recommend blocking off dedicated study time (about 2 hrs/day) in your schedule. Take time to reflect on your learning journey throughout the course. Consider what you've gained from the experience and how you can apply it to your professional development.
