The Harter Middle School Career Fair connects members of the Kaneland and surrounding communities with students that have shared interests. The Career Fair provides students with examples of the various job opportunities available in the following career fields:

• Agriculture
• Business, Marketing, and Management
• Communication and Information Sciences
• Health Sciences
• Human Sciences and Education
• Government & Public Administration
• Skilled and Technical Sciences

Through the Expo and Breakout sessions students have the opportunity to interact with someone in the field who can help them understand the necessary skills, education, and personality traits that are necessary to have a successful career in the area they choose.
