First day of the school
The first day of school was a heartwarming celebration, marking a fresh start filled with joy and anticipation. Students were greeted with vibrant decorations, creating a festive atmosphere that set the tone for the day. Walking down a red carpet, each child received a traditional kumkum tilak, symbolizing auspicious beginnings and a warm welcome into the new academic year.
Classrooms buzzed with excitement as teachers organized engaging activities tailored to each grade, fostering creativity and camaraderie among students. To capture the essence of this special day, students posed with custom-designed photo frames, creating cherished keepsakes to remember their first day back at school.
Such thoughtful gestures and activities not only made the day memorable but also helped students feel valued and excited for the journey ahead. Here's to a year filled with learning, growth, and unforgettable moments!
International Play day
On June 11, 2025, our vibrant learners at Kanakia Kids, Mahuva, celebrated International World Play Day through class-wise activities that fostered creativity, teamwork, motor skills, and sensory awareness. In the Mud Play session, children explored textures and unleashed their creativity by molding and shaping mud—connecting with nature in a rich, hands‑on experience. During the Color Sorting Relay, kids worked together to collect blocks by color and place them into their friends’ baskets, honing both teamwork and color recognition skills. Additionally, in a calming sensory experience, children lay peacefully under a transparent sheet while gently flowing water, flowers, and soft balls created a magical environment—stimulating their imagination, providing visual and tactile stimulation, and promoting calmness and joy. These thoughtfully designed activities align seamlessly with our play-based curriculum, as we at Kanakia Kids believe in nurturing young minds through engaging and purposeful play experiences.

Jr. KG budding artists designed personalized cards and penned heartfelt messages that brought smiles and joy. Meanwhile, Sr. KG students created “Best Dad” trophies, each accompanied by a sincere note expressing their love and appreciation. These delightful creations not only showcased the children’s artistic talents but also their deep affection and gratitude - truly memorable expressions of love and creativity!
