Our school celebrated 79th Independence Day with great pride on 14th August.

Our learners participated enthusiastically. Dressed in tricolour, learners showcased patriotic performances. The celebration reminded everyone of the sacrifices of our heroes and the importance of unity. The event inspired everyone to value freedom and work together for the progress of our nation. The event concluded with a pledge to contribute towards building a strong and self-reliant nation.

Learners revised the letter Rr through a simple and engaging activity. A chart with different letters was displayed, and learners identified and circled the letter Rr using a marker. The activity helped reinforce letter recognition and  enhance their tripod grip and fine motor skills.

Learners had fun exploring the “What’s in My Bag?” activity. They sorted different things and identified what should and should not be kept in their school bags. They then packed their bags with the right things and learned to keep their belongings neat and organized. The activity helped learners develop good habits and become more independent.

Our little learners had a juicy and joyful Orange Colour activity!  They created a cute dancing orange using orange paper, adding green paper leaves for a fresh touch. With a googly eye and a sweet smile drawn with a marker, their oranges came alive with personality!  The activity encouraged creativity, colour recognition, and fine-motor skills while making learning fun and engaging.

Our K1 learners explored the important role of a doctor through a fun and creative activity. They made their very own stethoscopes using colourful pipe cleaners and pom-pom balls, carefully sticking them onto a white sheet to create their designs. Through this hands-on activity, learners discovered how doctors use a stethoscope to listen to our heartbeat and check our health. The activity helped them understand the importance of doctors in keeping us healthy and safe, while also encouraging creativity, fine-motor skills, and an appreciation for community helpers. It was a delightful experience as our little learners proudly stepped into the role of caring doctors! 

The K2 learners explored the concept of vowels and consonants through an engaging picture-based activity. They looked at the given pictures, identified the correct words, and filled in the appropriate blanks using the missing vowels or consonants. This activity helped the learners improve their word recognition, phonics skills, and understanding of vowels and consonants.

The K2 learners learned the concept of skip counting by 2 through a fun and engaging caterpillar activity. They identified the numbers in the sequence and stuck them in the correct order on the caterpillar’s body. This hands-on activity helped the learners understand number patterns and develop their counting skills in an enjoyable way.

The learners explored the different community helpers and learned about the tools they use in their daily work. As a creative hands-on activity, the learners made models of various tools used by community helpers such as a stethoscope for a doctor, a hose for a firefighter, a hammer for a carpenter, and a broom for a cleaner. This activity helped the learners understand the important role of community helpers and the tools that assist them in their work. The learners enjoyed creating and presenting their models.

Step with Balance, Jump with Joy 

K2 learners began their sports session with warm-up exercises to get their bodies ready for movement. They practised walking on the balancing beam, which helped improve balance, coordination, and focus. Learners also enjoyed jumping over hurdles, building leg strength, agility, and confidence. The session encouraged active participation, safe movement, and teamwork. Development skills like balance, coordination, agility, body control, confidence, and listening skills. 

Our K1 learners had a wonderful time exploring Play Lab. They discovered that play is a wonderful way to learn, connect, and grow together. Playlab is a joyful space filled with exciting games and hands-on learning experiences. They explored a variety of play materials, including Lego blocks, kitchen sets, and many other engaging games and activities.  Through playful exploration, learners developed their creativity, imagination, problem-solving skills, and fine motor skills. Playlab also provided opportunities for them to become more social and cooperative as they learned to share materials, take turns, communicate with their friends, and play together. It was a delightful experience 

Our K1 learners had a wonderful time exploring the keyboard. They learned about different colours, keys, groups of keys, and octaves, and discovered how to play the instrument correctly. The learners also practiced taking turns and explored the keyboard gently while making music. They enjoyed playing together with their friends and creating their own little melodies. 

Our Nursery learners had a fruit-tastic time with this fun puzzle activity! Each child was given different fruit puzzles and had to carefully match the pieces to complete the perfect fruit picture. Through this playful activity, our little learners developed observation, problem-solving, concentration, and fine-motor skills all while having lots of fun! 

Our Nursery learners had a wonderful time exploring the Xylophone! They learned about its colourful, alphabet-labelled bars and observed how to hold and use a mallet correctly. The learners enjoyed taking turns playing the xylophone and creating beautiful sounds together.
