EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS
Janmashtami Celebration – A Journey into the World of Krishna
“Where stories come alive, little hearts learn, and traditions are celebrated with joy.”
The festive spirit of Janmashtami came alive at Kanakia Kids through a delightful Hindi dramatization on the birth of Lord Krishna, presented by our Pre-Primary learners on 4th September 2026 in the school auditorium. Through expressive dialogues, vibrant costumes, dance, music, and engaging visual effects, our young learners beautifully enacted the story of Krishna’s birth. The dramatization gave children an opportunity to experience Indian culture and traditions in a meaningful and joyful way. The performance was specially presented for our Primary learners, giving our little performers the confidence and excitement of performing before an audience. As they stepped onto the stage, they demonstrated wonderful confidence, voice modulation, expression, communication, teamwork, and stage presence.
The celebration also encouraged our learners to appreciate the values and cultural significance associated with Janmashtami while learning through the joy of drama, dance, music, and storytelling.
Little Performers, Big Confidence!
It was heartwarming to see our young Krishnas and their fellow performers bring the story to life. Their enthusiasm, cooperation, and cheerful participation made the celebration truly special.A beautiful blend of culture, creativity, and experiential learning — making every celebration a memorable learning experience for our little ones!

The celebration began with our little learners coming together to chant Ganesh Mantras and Shloks and participate in the Ganesh Aarti with enthusiasm and devotion. The festive energy continued as the children happily danced to melodious Ganesha songs, filling the space with smiles, rhythm, and joy.
It was a lovely day that brought together culture, music, movement, and togetherness, giving our learners a meaningful opportunity to experience and celebrate the rich traditions associated with Ganesh Chaturthi.
