We have met together today, to formulate a plan in moving forward within the time frame that we have been given. We are proposing this tentative plan based on the current 8-week prevention period. This is the best information we have at the present time.

We are scheduling interviews on April 8th, 9th, & 10th. To set up a specific time we will contact you by phone within the next two weeks. Interviews will be conducted at the Emma Hale Smith Guest Services Building in Heber Valley Camp. If traveling to the camp is inconvenient, we are happy to conduct interviews by phone. We will discuss those options with you when we call to the set the appointments.
