When booking a room, you can arrange to add breakfast for an additional fee. Breakfast is served à la carte.
By prior arrangement, you can choose from the following options:

For stays shorter than 4 days or bookings made within 14 days of the check-in date:
Cancellation fees:
14–10 days before arrival: No cancellation fees.
9–5 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount.
4–0 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount.
Deposit Payment
For first-minute bookings (made 1 month or more before the stay).
For group or family reservations (multiple rooms).
For stays longer than 5 consecutive room nights.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable via bank transfer. An advance invoice will be issued.
Cancellation fees:
60–30 days before arrival: No cancellation fees.
29–14 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded.
13–0 days before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.
Reservations Made Less than 14 Days Before Check-in
If the booking is canceled 7 days before the stay, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 7 days before the stay, the amount is non-refundable.
General Cancellation Terms
Customer Cancellation, Reservation Changes, Substitutes:
Customers may cancel their reservation at any time before arrival by providing a written notice (email confirmation with delivery receipt is sufficient).
The cancellation date is determined by the date and time the written notice is received.
Cancellation fees:
Up to 60 days before arrival: No fees.
59–30 days before arrival: 25% of the total booking amount.
29–10 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount.
9–0 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount.
Exceptions to Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation fees are waived for:
Death in the family.
Hospitalization of the guest or a family member.
Serious illness.
Unforeseen occupational obligations.
Natural disasters.
Documentation must be submitted in writing within 3 days of the occurrence. Only actual costs incurred by the hotel will be charged.
Refund Process:
Refunds (minus applicable cancellation fees) will be processed within 30 days of cancellation notification.
Hotel-initiated Cancellations:
The hotel reserves the right to cancel a stay if extraordinary unforeseen circumstances occur.
Guests will be notified no later than 7 days before the first service date.
Full refunds will be issued immediately without delay. Guests are not entitled to additional compensation.
Complaints
Guests must promptly report any objections or issues with the quality of services provided.
Complaints should be made during the stay to allow for on-the-spot resolution.
Failure to make immediate complaints may reduce or terminate the guest’s right to compensation for damages that could have been prevented with timely notice.
Insurance
Guests are not insured during their stay.
