Would you like your project to be judged for awards?
You will need to read the ISEF Rules & Guidelines and fill out forms that document that you have followed the rules.

The forms should be filled out and signed before any research takes place. At minimum, each project should submit Form 1, Form 1A, Form 1B, and Form 2A (Forms 2C, 5B, and 7 are done after the research).
You can use the ISEF Form Wizard to guide you through which forms to use for your project.
If the research was done by a team (2-3 members), one team member is chosen "Team Leader" who will be responsible for submitting the forms.
Form Deadlines: If your project requires prior Scientific Review Committee (SRC) approval, forms must be submitted to rebecca.joyce@kamsc.org by December 4th. Examples of projects that require pre-approval: humans, vertebrate animals, bodily fluids, bacteria
All other forms must be submitted to rebecca.joyce@kamsc.org by February 16th
