Open Access Library
The Open Access Library (OALib) is a comprehensive platform for accessing scholarly articles, and facilitating research dissemination. Key features of OALib include its extensive database of over 250,000 full-text articles across various disciplines such as science, technology, medicine, and social sciences, ensuring diverse access to academic literature.
OALib operates with components that include a search engine based on article metadata, and a repository that houses both OALib PrePrints and external preprints/post-prints organised within disciplinary repositories. It offers formats for scholarly publication under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC-BY), allowing authors to maintain copyrights while permitting unrestricted use and distribution of their work.
