Kamal Arts is a group of artist/educator renowned for batik painting. It is the go-to place for batik painting and Malay visual arts in Singapore, we are now located at Wisma Geyalng Serai after relocating from Goodman Arts Centre (since 2011).
We conduct batik painting and other art types of lesson to individuals, schools and corporate organisations.
The longest batik painting stretches for 550 meters in conjunction with our 55th year of Independence. It is a record breaker in the Singapore Book of Records in January 2020.

Our studio is ideal for art excursions where students get exposed to local artists and their practice. We are endorsed to teach batik-painting and other art medium under the National Arts Council/ Art Enrichment Programme (AEP). These are our other NAC/AEP programmes:
