Tumadi Patri (b. 1959) is Javanese born in Singapore. His love for batik painting started in school and has been his passion in life ever since. His works are often inspired by Javanese shadow puppets 'wayang kulit' which tells the struggles of life and good over evil that he find much joy depicting in a colourful way.
