Digital Transformation involves integrating a suite of digital networked tools into a company's value chain. These digital tools enable agile operations, automate and error-proof business processes, and expose criticalities in the supply chain. Most importantly, it unlocks the power of big data to inform executive decision making.

I was responsible for creating and validating a roadmap for digital transformation for a mature 100 year-old aerospace company. This included evangelizing the digital toolset architecture and vision, getting buy-in from the various product owners, and providing support and training during rollout phases.

The ability to efficiently harness and manipulate cryogenic environments is a key element for scientific studies. It enables high resolution infrared imagery, spectroscopy at large distances, and even production of water on distant planets. For use in space applications these systems must have low SWAP, high efficiency, and extremely long lifetime.

I was the design lead and program manager for the cryo-cooler product line at Lockheed Martin. I was responsible for the mechanism design, production, performance testing, and administrative items. With a successful rollout of our unique product offering, we were able to capture this niche market segment.

As a Proposal Manager for a Growth stage startup, I developed a system for go/no-go evaluations, implemented a CRM software solution, crafted capture strategies, and authored a library of proposal content and graphics. Additionally, I liaised with the engineering team to develop user-friendly technical analysis tools for use by the Business Development team.

As Program Manager for an Expansion stage startup, I coordinated technical and administrative efforts across a multi-disciplinary engineering team developing Nano sized satellite buses for our company's largest client. Since our company is a one-stop-shop for small satellite buses, these programs encompass all segments (ground, launch, and space) and lifecycle phases. I negotiated resources, scope, payment plans while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and contractual obligations.
