Is something not working? Here are a couple things to try before reaching out for help:
Clear cache and cookies from your browser.
Cache and cookies are little pieces of saved browsing data. Sometimes these 'breadcrumbs' can cause problems when you are trying to load something in your browser. Clearing this out can solve a lot of common issues.

Check to make sure you are looking at the correct login.
Are you doing something that needs to be done with the students login - like turning in work?
Or are you looking for more guidance and should be logged into your Guardian account?
Still not working?
Move on to a different lesson, maybe in a different subject so you can continue working.
