College of Health and Allied Development was established in January 2013 and began operations in April 2014.  College of Health and Allied Development welcomed our first students in July 2014 with the RN to BSN degree program.  Since then, College of Health and 

Allied Development obtained full licensure and has expanded its subject offerings which now includes: 


College of Health and Allied Development offers online, residential, and hybrid programs.  The online program utilizes all current technologies to facilitate various learning and teaching methods. The school app is available to all students enrolled in classes whether online, residential, or hybrid.   

 

College of Health and Allied Development provides clinical staff-to-student ratio of 1:8, with 4 levels of clinical practice for our students, allowing effective learning to take place through Quality student – Staff interaction 


This multi-tiered approach to learning allows our students ample practice, development of knowledge, and confidence, and prepares them to be the best practitioners for their future employers. At its core, the College of Health and Allied Development brings value to healthcare education through the contribution of each member of the executive, support, faculty, and clinical teams. 

 

College of Health and Allied Development provides the best possible clinical experience for our students by forming affiliations with hospitals, Rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, and community organizations that provide the highest quality of care to its patients, and in turn College of Health and Allied Development provides the healthcare workforce with professionals who are highly trained, knowledgeable, and dedicated. 

 

College of Health and Allied Development prides itself in providing the highest quality education by attracting and retaining the most qualified professionals to administer to the students and the organization.  Our teachers are experts in their field of instruction with many years of experience both clinically and in education.  Facilitators are encouraged to be creative and full support is given to each instructor by school administration and education consultants.  This allows the instructors to focus on delivering high-quality education, and in turn, be available to support our students to success.  All College of Health and Allied Development instructors are Master and Doctorate prepared.
