Real-Time Updates
Our transport coordinator keeps all adopters and owners informed through a group chat. You’ll receive location updates, revised ETAs, and notices of any delays caused by traffic or weather.
Feeding Schedule
Adult Dogs: Fed once daily to maintain a calm stomach during travel.
Puppies: Fed two to three times daily as needed.
Exercise & Potty Breaks
Dogs with current vaccinations enjoy scheduled potty breaks and walks throughout the trip.
Puppies lacking a full series of vaccinations follow a strict no-paws-on-ground policy to protect them from parvovirus, distemper, and other illnesses.
Continuous Access to Fresh Water
Each crate has a stainless-steel pail mounted to the door, refilled every four hours during scheduled crate checks.
Frequent Crate Checks
Three professional drivers travel as a team. While one drives, the other two rotate care duties. Every four hours, they inspect each crate, refresh water, and ensure pets are clean, comfortable, and secure.
