Adaptive Learning Apps

Freckle is an adaptive learning tool that allows students to do lessons in English Language Arts, Math, and Science. Teachers can create a classroom and assign specific topics and then the material adapts to the skill level of the student.

Prodigy teaches math skills adaptively in the form of a game. Students can play this at both home and at school. If they are in a specific math class those students can join the class where the game will first test the students on that math level and then adapt to how well they are improving in that topic. Since it is in the form of a quest game students often find it more entertaining and engaging.

Duolingo is a site for learning other languages. There are a variety of languages to choose from, you earn coins every time you do a lesson, and can move up further in lessons the more accurate you are during tests.
