Catch my Breath is an organization aimed toward promoting physical and mental health. They have created a Google classroom with physical and health wellness activities you can do at home with your students. Below are instructions to access this classroom.

  1. Click on the following link: https://www.catch.org/pages/health-at-home

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page for instructions from Catch my Breath on how to access the classroom. The classroom code is on that page as well.

  3. Please note: Avoid using an email associated with an educational (i.e. school district, UAA/UAF), or any health/mental health organization to make your Google Account. There is a campaign called “Operation Prevention” that is aimed towards decreasing prescription opioid use among adolescents and teenagers. Below is a link to their website. The website includes classroom lessons (these are not mandatory), a self-paced module, and a parent kit. The self-paced module is an interactive “story” video game with testimony, essential information regarding opioids, and questions to answer. This is not required, but is fun and informational. All of the tabs to these activities are on the top of the page of the website. The link is below.
