Welcome to LHS Activities. Since our school opened in 1976 we have

Before a student can participate, they must have:
Current physical on record with the school (physicals are good for 18 months from date of physical exam)
Activity Consent/Release form (Parent/Guardian must sign)
All Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors must be enrolled in 5 semester units of credit or equivalent, to be eligible
Seniors must take at least 4 semester units of credit to be eligible and be on track to graduate
ALL FEES AND FINES MUST BE PAID BEFORE THE FIRST GAME
New High School Students
create a BigTeams account
student signs all required athletic or activity forms
student links parent account with phone number or email address
parent signs forms
Returning Students
student & parent log into BigTeams and sign forms for the current year
Transfer Students
provide an up to date transcript from your previous school
complete the transfer waiver in BigTeams
