Clubs meet approximately 10 times during the school year during WIN block.

Changing Clubs
Clubs were rostered in early October 2023. At this point in time, your club can be changed following the processes below:
If you have never filled out a club registration form: In this case, please email straleke@lcps.k12.va.us and request a club. Please note only clubs saying Available next to the club name (on the document linked above) are open for enrollment. If you wish to join a club that is marked Full, you must talk with that club's sponsor about joining and if you are given the okay, the sponsor of the club must email Mrs. Straley stating it is okay for you to join.
If you would like to change clubs: Clubs are not typically changed after the first club meeting of the year. If a club is marked Available, a school staff member must reach out to Mrs. Straley and asks for the change on your behalf. If you would like to be in a club that is listed as Full, that staff member MUST be the sponsor of the club.
Students new to LCMS can reach out to straleke@lcps.k12.va.us to request a club OR should come to the library for the first club meeting and decide on a club at that point.
