Please reach out to your child's teacher with questions about supply lists & what to bring to school.
-Classrooms have been set up with desks 6 feet apart & all facing the same direction.
-Due to the A/B schedule, class sizes will be small.
-Students will not be permitted to share supplies. Each student must have their own supplies (that stay at school) to use throughout the day.
-On the days where your child attends school, small group instruction will be used in the classroom.
-On the days your child does not attend school, they are responsible for completing the work assigned in their Canvas modules.
-On the hybrid model (A/B schedule), students will attend school physically 2 days a week & virtually 3 days a week. TO BE COUNTED PRESENT FOR THE ENTIRE WEEK, ALL WORK SHOULD BE DONE IN CANVAS MODULES. Even if your child attends school 2 days a week, they still must complete the assignments in Canvas.
-All virtual students (students who do not attend the school building at all) should complete the weekly modules in Canvas. Students who do not complete their assignments in Canvas will be counted absent and will receive zeros for graded work.
-Teachers will offer office hours throughout the week to assist students with their virtual work. Please check with your child's teacher to verify their office hours. These hours will be specific for each teacher, and will be held during school hours.
-You can also communicate with your child's teacher via email or Canvas inbox.
-The device AND charger issued to your child should be brought to school on the days they attend unless otherwise noted. (Your child's device should be fully charged.)
