Dear Friends and Family,

It sure is a different time in our lives.

I think of you all often, the memories or your stories, smiles and achievements bring joy to me each and every day. I have been able to take a moment and reflect upon how lucky I am to be part of such an amazing community. I am privileged to be part of a village of doers and learners, willing to support one another through difficult times.

Take this time to support and engage with your family, explore your interest, peak your curiosity and tap into your creativity. Spend some safe time outside each day because we live in an amazing place!

Stay positive and reach out for help when you need it!
