To ensure our educators excel in STEM instruction, we've customized our local evaluation tool, complete with STEM-specific indicators, that pinpoint effective practices. Our dedicated evaluators receive specialized training to expertly observe these targeted STEM instructional practices, and they weave feedback seamlessly into both formative and summative evaluations, ensuring our teachers receive the guidance they need to continuously grow and thrive in the world of STEM education.
