This first attempt at the gel head could have went better. I had a hard time getting the expanding foam to form the shape of the head and it took a lot more than expected.

I wasn't very happy to have to restart but I was confident in my decision and the new plan seems to be way more effective. The Plaster of Paris is going to be a lot more effective in creating a tight seal to pour the hot gel in.
