Invite your stakeholders--coaches, ITRTs, grade level partners, TDRTs and Specialists

Plan the student learning experience. Include areas of differentiation and formative and summative assessments.
Leave space for reflection! What worked well? What part needs to be further adapted? Teaching is iterative--make changes as you need along the way.
