Employers collaborate with the program's Job Coaches to develop 2-3 hours of volunteer work experience 3 days a week during the school year.

Employers communicate with the Job Coach and student to ensure maximum potential for learning and success.

Our students can bring a unique and positive attitude to your company or organization, doing tasks that make a real difference.

Students can assist employers with:

Laundry and janitorial services, food prep and clean-up, plant nursery maintenance, general office tasks, childcare, gym and community center support, grocery and department store stocking, landscaping, animal care, working with the elderly, courtesy clerking, and many, many other tasks.
