Scavenger hunt:

This is a fun activity I created to put a little twist on a scavenger hunt! Use this feelings scavenger hunt to identify different things in your house that your child relates to the feelings listed. Here is a video of me and my daughter doing it!

Gratitude

With all of the new changes and things happening in the world, it is always important to focus on gratitude and happiness. Sawyer found 10 things that make her feel happy and we challenge you to do the same. Practicing gratitude is so good for mental health!

Self-affirmations

You get to be you for the rest of your life and self-affirmations are a great way to continuously remind yourself how awesome you really are. Self-love isn't always easy but the more you practice the more your brain is wired to remind you of how important and loved you really are.

Random Acts of kindness

Kindness is something that everyone loves. Sawyer and I chose 5 random acts of kindness to do and my heart hasn't felt that happy in a long time. It feels so good to make others feel good - we challenge you to do the same!
