About Me

I live in Webster with my husband, Joey, and our three children, Julie, Jackson, and Levi. I have a dog named Junior, a cat named Tippy, and a bunny named Benjamin. I also grew up in Webster. I have three older brothers and two younger sisters. 

In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors with my kids, going on family trips, and doing word finds.

This year will be my 16th year teaching. My first job was through Doland School District teaching grades Kindergarten through 3rd grade at a colony school, then I taught 2nd grade at Enemy Swim Day School for 4 years, and this will be my 10th year teaching 2nd grade at Summit. I absolutely love teaching and look forward to another great year!

Vivo en Webster con mi esposo, Joey, y nuestros tres hijos: Julie, Jackson y Levi. Tengo un perro llamado Junior, un gato llamado Tippy y un conejo llamado Benjamin. También crecí en Webster. Tengo tres hermanos mayores y dos hermanas menores.

En mi tiempo libre, disfruto leer, pasar tiempo al aire libre con mis hijos, hacer viajes en familia y resolver sopas de letras.

Este año cumplo 16 años en la docencia. Mi primer trabajo fue en el Distrito Escolar de Doland, donde enseñé desde kínder hasta tercer grado en una escuela comunitaria; luego enseñé segundo grado en Enemy Swim Day School durante 4 años, y este será mi décimo año enseñando segundo grado en Summit. ¡Me encanta enseñar y espero con ilusión otro año fantástico!
