Welcome! Below you can find some information about me.

This is my fourth year as the Middle School Social Studies Teacher at Chester. I grew up on a farm outside of Centerville, SD. I hold a B.S. in History and Secondary Education, with a minor in Special Education and a Coaching Endorsement from Mount Marty College. I played basketball while attending Mount Marty as well. Prior to teaching here, I taught 2 years of Middle School Social Studies in Garretson, SD, where I was also the heads girls basketball and Jr. High Track coach.

Students can find most of their assignments on Google Classroom. This will be the main method used to give assignments, instructions, and facilitate class discussions. I look forward to a great year. Go Flyers!
