• Brown and season ground beef
• Mix beef/onion filling
• Roll 100-125 spring rolls
Asian Meatballs
• Mix and portion 200 meatballs
• Bake meatballs
• Cool meatballs completely
Crostini Caprese
Toast crostini
• Cool and store all items
WEDNESDAY

Finish rolling spring rolls
Par-fry spring rolls
Cool and layer with parchment
Prep Garlic Aoli and fill squeeze bottle
Ketchup in squeeze bottle

Make Pesto Cream
• Fill piping bags
• Portion mozzarella
• Prep balsamic glaze bottles
Meatballs
• Portion rest of 200 meatballs
• Bake meatballs
• Cool meatballs completely
Cook and Dry Rice ( see directions)

• Lightly glaze meatballs
Load meatballs into crockpot and warm
