Hi, I am the high school counselor for Tri-Valley! I am originally from Lennox, South Dakota.

Professional Background: I have experience working with students of many different backgrounds, IEPS, foster care, accelerated learning, etc. While in college, I interned as a counselor in both large and small communities. 

One thing I am most looking forward to is getting to know all the students. Every year new students join the Tri-Valley family and it is my goal to get to know each and every one of them. 

Personal Background: This is my fourth year as a school counselor. I finished my Masters degree in May, 2022. My husband and I live in the Sioux Falls area with our two cats, our border collie and our new baby. I like to travel with family and friends, both domestically and internationally. When I am not traveling, I like to spend my time reading, drinking coffee and finding new recipes to try out. 

I am very excited to see what the 2025-26school years brings!
