Hi, I am the high school counselor for Tri-Valley! I am originally from Lennox, South Dakota.

Professional Background: I have experience working with students of many different backgrounds, IEPS, foster care, accelerated learning, etc. While in college, I interned as a counselor in both large and small communities. 

One thing I am most looking forward to is getting to know all the students. Every year new students join the Tri-Valley family and it is my goal to get to know each and every one of them. 

Personal Background: This is my second year as a school counselor. I finished my Masters degree in May, 2022. My husband and I live in the Sioux Falls area with our two adorable, if not slightly spoiled, cats. My hobbies include going to the gym, bike riding, traveling, doing escape rooms, and coaching softball. 

I am very excited to see what the 2023-24 school years brings!
