*grew up in Huron, SD

*graduated with teaching degree from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN

*student taught in Bray, Ireland

*taught 4th grade for two years in Huron, SD

*taught 1st grade in Tea for one year

*began teaching 5th grade in Tea for 2014-2015 school year

*married with 2 children and 1 dog 🙂
